San Diego Linguistic Papers (SDLP) is the working papers archive of the UCSD Department of Linguistics. SDLP publishes both developing research as well as fully-edited, citable work.

Papers from any subfield of linguistics may be included in SDLP. Graduate students in particular are encouraged to submit works in progress and new directions of research. Please contact the editors for more information about publishing in SDLP.

SDLP publishes papers online in the current issue as they are received. At the end of each year, all current papers are released as that year's issue through the University of California eScholarship system. Authors retain copyright to their work, and submission to SDLP does not preclude publication elsewhere.
